The Development Commission and Leadership Commission are the cornerstones of the organization. The Commission Chair and Co-Chairs are elected Board members who help drive and steer the work of the organization. The Commissions hold monthly meetings. For Commission Members, the minimum time commitment includes a 50 minute phone meeting once a month and the opportunity to join sub-committees as needed (for example, the Conference Planning Sub-committee is formed out of the Development Commission). All NWONL members are invited to join the calls for conversation, education and involvement with NWONL.
